Lords of Albion, Terms of Service ("Agreement")

 

Lords of Albion, have the right to amend the terms of our policies, by posting revised versions of the terms on the website. Viewers and customers will be notified on the home page of these revisions and will be effective as soon as they're posted.

This website is owned and operated by Wix.com. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors trading card goods and accessories, and other apparel. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

When buying an item, you agree that: 
(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it.
(ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

 

Shipping Policy
 

All orders placed before 12.00pm Monday-Friday, will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday morning).  We are currently only delivering within the UK at the moment. Deliveries
Once you've added items to the cart, you will be able to purchase with the choice of 2 shipping methods; 
Second Class (3-5 days) - £2.00
Free Delivery- Only for orders over £50, FOR SECOND CLASS ONLY

 

First Class deliveries are now a flat rate of £4.45 per order.
Finalising your purchase will require you to pay either using credit/debit card, or PayPal. Card types are displayed on the FAQ page.

 

 

Returns Policy
 

Once your order has been finalised and sent, you will not be subject to a refund, unless in the event of a purchase error. However, you can cancel their order up to 14 days after their order is delivered. They do not need to give a reason for cancelling. If so, you must contact us within 14 days after your delivery has arrived to cancel this order, at lordsofalbion@outlook.com or by using the contact form on the FAQ page.
As long as the item us unopened, and unused, and also have proof of purchase/receipt, you may return the item, however shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for postage charges.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly. Any unwanted purchase not contacted within 5 days will be considered as a successful order. 
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Additional terms
 

The Servicee and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Lords of Albion. Except as explicitly provided herein, nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works thereof.
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time.
